Order Processing
Please allow 1-2 business days for order processing. "Processing" includes verifying your payment and sending you a confirmation of your order. Once your order is confirmed, Access Control Solutions will package and prepare your item(s) for Shipping.
Shipping
Access Control Solutions ships to North America, Europe, and most other International adresses. Confirmation of Shipping will be sent to you via e-mail. All item(s) shipped will only be insured if YOU pay for insurance on those item(s). Any damage during shipping should be brought to the attention of the carrier. Access Control Solutions is not responsible for damages during shipping.
Returns
Access Control Solutions will provide a full refund for products that are defective or products that have manufacturing errors. All returns must be handled via e-mail. Please e-mail us through the website so we can provide the customer service necessary to fulfill your request. All returns may be subject to a restocking fee.
Warranty
All items sold by Access Control Solutions will be warrantied by the manufacturer. For assistance with warranty issues, use the "contact" link at the top of this page to submit your issue and one of our customer service representatives will contact you with information on how to procede.
